Hello, and thank you for using the X Caliber service.
SK Telecom Co., Ltd. plans to transfer the business related to the X Caliber service to Covet Co., Ltd.
on Friday, July 31, 2026, in order to ensure the stable operation and continued provision of the X Caliber service.
Accordingly, pursuant to Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the personal information of customers held by the X Caliber service will be transferred to Covet Co., Ltd. as described below.
If you do not wish your personal information to be transferred, you may request service withdrawal or deletion of your personal information in accordance with the instructions below.

Customers who do not wish their personal information to be transferred may request withdrawal from the X Caliber service or deletion of their personal information before the scheduled transfer date.
If you request service withdrawal or deletion of your personal information, your use of the X Caliber service will be restricted.
However, information that must be retained under applicable laws and regulations will be separately stored for the legally required retention period and then destroyed.
